Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in the event of non-attendance or canceled sessions. It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to inform Messy Celebration Moments if they are unable to attend. Should you be unable to attend remaining sessions, these may be transferred to an alternative individual, such as a family member or friend.
A full upfront payment is required prior to the session date. Please note that children will not be permitted to enter the play area if their session has not been booked and paid for in advance.
In the unlikely event that Messy Celebration Moments needs to cancel a session due to staff illness, low attendance, unforeseen circumstances, or unprecedented restrictions, you will be notified in advance. Arrangements will be made to reschedule the session to another available date. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit will be issued which can be used toward a future session.
As some of our sessions are held outdoors, they are weather-dependent. We closely monitor weather forecasts and, if necessary, will contact you in advance to reschedule your session in the event of unsuitable conditions. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit will be offered for a future booking.
